Coconut cookies
1 cup grated coconut
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 ripe bananas
vanilla (opt)
1 cup milk powder
1/2 cup sugar icing
Combine dry ingredients, mix in bananas, bake (180C)

Biscuit 1
3 cups white flour
2 cups milk
1.5 cups sugar
10 teaspoon melted butter
2 teaspoon baking powder
3 teaspoon lemon juice
dried fruits, nuts, bananas

Biscuit 2 (best!)
1 cup semolina
1 cup white flour
2 cups sugar
2 cups milk
1 cup melted butter
1 cup raisins
2 cups nuts
2 teaspoon baking powder
3 teaspoon lemon juice

Bosnia recipe
2 cups corn flour
1 cup white flour
1 cup melted butter
2 teaspoon baking powder
3 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon salt
spinach, paneer
yogurt to sour cream cons.

Spinach & eggplants
1/2 teaspoon garam
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon coriander

Sweets
100 g butter
125 ml sugar

Combine & bring to a boil; add
1/2 g saffron & handful of raisins or:
1) nuts, raisins, vanilla
2) prunes & nuts
3) figs & lemon or orange zest
4) bananas, carob, vanilla
5) honey, raisins, nuts
Cool & add 600 ml milk powder

Coconut sweets
3 cups grated coconut
2 cups milk powder or light cream
1 cup fine brown sugar
100 g butter
vanilla
milk
Put butter & coconut in pot & fry on low heat stirring often until golden.
Combine milk powder, sugar & vanilla & add coconut; add milk until you have a soft dough. Cool.


Apple pie
Filling:
1tablespoon butter
5-6 apples
1 cup sugar
lemon zest, turmeric, raisins (opt.)
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the cut apples & cook, stirring frequently, for 5 min. Then add the sugar & cook, stirring from time to time, until filling is thick; add the turmeric, lemon zest &/or raisins.
Dough:
1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
150 g butter
milk
Combine dry ingredients, mix in butter & then add enough milk to make a rollable dough; roll it into a quite thin rectangle & place on a tray; spread the filling over the pie base & bake.
You can also take 4 apples & handful of dried apricots for filling.

Gucamole (Mexican avocado chatni)
2 avocados
1 small tomato (opt.)
1 green chilly
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
fresh coriander
Just combine it!

Take half of sweet pepper and
fill it with grated potato,
paneer, salt, black pepper,
asafetida, butter & bake it!

Spice sweets

800 g butter
1.1 l milk powder
5.5 dl sugar icing
5 dl nuts
2.5 dl raisins
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon grated cloves
2 teaspoons grated fennel
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
50 g vanilla


Buckwheat muffins

1.5 cups buckwheat flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1- 3/4 cup sugar
+ 1/2 cup butter mix together (like cream)
1 teaspoon vanilla + 3/4 cup milk mix together
(or even better to mix milk with yogurt, half & half)
+ 2 bananas
3/4 cup walnuts
Bake @ 350 C


Zucchini cake

8 c sugar
4 c oil
3/4 c liquid vanilla
8 c grated zucchini
Mix it together
8 c white flour
4 c whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 teaspoons baking soda
4 teaspoons salt
Bake @ 350 C


Maple Syrup Pie

Baked pastry shell
500 ml (2 cups) maple syrup
30 ml (2tbsp) flour
125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
125 ml (1/2 cup) light cream
15 ml (1 tbsp.) butter

Mix flour and maple syrup in a saucepan, add milk, cream and butter. Stir over moderate heat and boil to 105C (210F). Cool before pouring into baked pastry shell. Cover with a crust, if you like. Bake on lower level of preheated oven, 190C (375F) until golden, about 30 to 40 minutes.
